Das Atemsystem unserer Seele

Did you know that the soul has its own "breathing system"?

It is only in such a way that, in contrast to the classic respiratory system, our soul "inhale" and emotions "exhale" that control our future actions by what we say and do, control.

If we breathe in constantly dirty air, we will sooner or later have a sick body. Likewise, sooner or later we will have a sick spirit and a sick soul if we constantly "inhale" negative experiences.

Just as we all pay attention to the quality of the air that we breathe in in our body, we should also pay attention to the quality of the experiences that we "breathe" in our mind and soul.

Positive experiences are just as beneficial for our minds and soul as clean and fresh air for our body. When we speak of negative and positive experiences, this means those who trigger exactly these emotions with us. Many experiences can be perceived as negative or positive, which depends on a variety of personal factors.

But negative does not mean negative. If you take the experience and analyze, we may discover some positive aspects. Over time, this procedure is internalized and the useful points for yourself is also automatically internalized. This does not mean that there will only be positive situations, not at all, it is more about accepting negative experiences and maybe even growing from it. We can intensify the positive feelings we experience by enjoying them. We can also concentrate more on what makes us happy by paying attention to the things we are grateful for.

Positive thoughts can actually create a real value in life and help to develop skills that last much longer than a smile. So we should not only pay attention to the quality of the air that we breathe in in our body, but also increasingly pay attention to the quality of the experiences and the learning, which we "inhale" in our mind and soul. Positive feelings expand the meaning of opportunities and open the mind. This in turn enables the establishment of new skills and resources that can be useful in other areas of life and keep our soul healthy.
