Who am I?

I am someone who has experienced life in all its facets, with highs, lows, and new beginnings. Psychology and communication have always fascinated me, not only as professional topics but as tools to live more consciously, strengthen relationships, and make courageous decisions. This passion ultimately led me to coaching, to work that allows me to accompany people on their path when they face changes or want to develop personally.

For almost a decade, I have lived in a patchwork family with six members, a lively mix of love, challenges, and growth. My travels and life in various countries have taught me to understand different perspectives and build bridges between cultures. I know the pain of a separation, the uncertainty of a professional reorientation, and the courage to start anew in a new language and environment.

Communication and psychology have shaped my path since my youth. After studying communication sciences, I gained over 15 years of international experience in communication, coaching, marketing, and key account management. In 2017, I completed training as a corporate wellness specialist in Los Angeles; currently, I am studying psychology part-time.

As a life coach, I accompany private individuals and companies in Basel, Zurich, Bern, or online, individually and solution-oriented. With my company Joy Corporate, I also offer innovative workshops, seminars, and webinars on topics such as mental health, nutrition, sports, and burnout prevention.

All these experiences have given me resilience, empathy, and practical tools, and that is exactly what I want to pass on to you. Together we find clarity, strengthen your self-confidence, and develop strategies that bring you closer to your goals.
