What does manifest means?
The word manifest comes from the Latin manifestare - make something visible. It's about what you think, feel and wish to make you reality in the outer world.
It is an inner process in which your vision, your feeling, your thoughts and your daily actions work together to create your reality.
Many combine manifestation with the known law of attraction - "the same attracts the same". So if you swing in a high frequency of joy, gratitude and clarity, you pull these qualities into your life.
But be careful: manifesting is not magic. It is a mixture of internal work, focus, change in your beliefs - and concrete action.
Manifest: the most important steps
Here is easy guidance for your entry into manifesting - step by step:
1. Create clarity
What do you really want Not what "others" expect from you, not what you should "". What do you really want - in your heart?
Write it down. Formulate it as if it were already there. Example: "I live in my dream house at the lake." Not: "I want to get at some point ..."
2. Feel it now
Your feelings are the key. Imagine your wish is already fulfilled. How does that feel? Warm? Secure? Free? The more intensely you feel the feeling in your body, the stronger your manifestation.
3. Let go of the defect
Many block themselves unconsciously with thoughts like: "I am not worth it" or "Something like this never happens to me".
Recognize your beliefs - and transform them into strengthening sentences: "I am open to abundance." - "I earn love and success." A coachin or psychologist also works here when deeper topics appear.
4. Act with intention
Manifesting does not mean "waiting and hope". It means: doing it out of trust. Go in motion, write applications, open up to new contacts - but from a different attitude: out of inner abundance, not out of deficiency.
5. Letting go & trust
Your wish is out into the universe - now patience is required. Do not check every day "Where is it?". Stay open. Be in reception mode. The universe often answers differently than we expect - but never by chance.
The law of attraction - how does it work?
The law of attraction says: your inner frequency determines what you experience outside. If you think "I'm poor", you see more lack. If you think "I have everything I need", you put on.
This principle is not only spiritual - it is also known in psychology: your perception filters information. You see what you think. For example, if you are convinced that you have no chance of a loving relationship - you will confirm this reality.
That is why mindfulness is so important: become aware of your thoughts, your inner words, your emotions. Change your inner dialogue - and you change your life.
Myths and misunderstandings
Manifesting is only for "spiritual" people
No. Also entrepreneurs: Inside, athletes: Inside, artists: Use visualization, focus, intention and mindset inside. Mindfulness and awareness is even gaining in importance in business and medicine.
You just have to think positively
Incorrect. You can feel all feelings - also anger, sadness or fear. It is only important that you don't get lost in it. Change begins with acceptance.
There is a perfect method
Also wrong. There are many ways: vision boards, journaling, full months, meditations, prayers, affirmations. Find the shape that suits you. It is a personal art - not a rigid rule.
