Achtsamkeit – Die Power des Bewusstseins

Are you fully aware of the current moment? Can you experience the moment without thinking about the future or the past?

Unfortunately, we have to answer no too often with no. Because this requires conscious training.

The ability to be present at the moment helps us to reduce stress, improve our concentration and even make us happier and more satisfied. Mindfulness or mindfulness means to have increased attention to sensory stimuli (perception of breathing, feeling the body sensations, etc.) and to be in the here and now. ((Source:) Mindfulness can enable them to concentrate on what they have and appreciate it instead of considering it for granted and thus promotes the feeling of gratitude.

Since mindfulness is not easy to achieve if you are not used to this, there are various meditation and mindfulness training that accompany you and help more serenity and less stress. The goal is to integrate this awareness into its everyday life and to be able to fall back on it at any time. To live mindfully means to live at the moment and to reflect on the present. You don't stay in the past or expect the future. To be mindful means to objectively observe and name thoughts, feelings and sensations in the body, without any judgment. Mindfulness can therefore be an aid to avoid self -criticism and to recognize and manage difficult emotions. ((Source:

The feeling of time is generally subjective and strongly influenced by your own emotional state. Fears and uncertainties in relation to the past and the future can make it difficult to appreciate the present. The key is to learn to be attentive. ((Source:) In this way we can remote uncertainties and recharge your batteries, a source that can improve our everyday life. Mindfulness training ground us and calms the thoughts. Cultivating mindfulness can help to be at the moment all day. When you start the day, you can concentrate on your breathing and how the body slowly collects energy. You can incorporate short meditation breaks into your working day. During meals, they focus exclusively on the experience of eating and enjoy it without disturbing distractions by cell phones or other interruptions.

Many studies prove that mindfulness -based interventions can help to manage fears of dealing with depression. For this reason, mindfulness is often used in certain forms of therapy. Mindfulness training helps to better handle negative emotions, to better sleep and a generally improved quality of life. In a constantly changing world, in which more and more information, news and changes pound on us every day, it is more important than ever to develop and maintain regular consciousness -based practices that promote vigilance, compassion and gratitude.
