Today's generation grew up with technology and thus familiar with all the social media. This means constant accessibility, regardless of the time of the day. Even after completing the work, this generation can still be reached via email, WhatsApp, SMS etc. and never tends to take a break from switching off the cell phone. This has immense advantages for employers, but not for the employees of a company. It is important to adapt a healthy attitude to life and thus prepare yourself against everyday stress. This is exactly where Wellbeing plays a major role so that harmful influences cannot do any damage.
